If you're travelling from afar (that's you, european guests), here's some tips about getting there and accomocation.
San Francisco's SFO airport and Oakland Airport are the best destinations for flying in for the wedding. SFO is on the outskirts of the city, and is linked to San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley by the BART metro system.
Most trans-atlantic flights airlines will stop over either in new York or Chicago on their way to California. Virgin Atlantic fly direct from London - the total airtime is typically between 10 and 15 hours depending on what route you take.

Currently, flights at the start of August are about €830 return. From previous travels, we would hope to get flights for somewhere between €800-900 (return). Flying in mid/late-July tends to work out closer to €760, and travelling on a Monday-Wednesday usually results in lower fares than a weekend flight.
The Bancroft has 22 rooms, all of which are on-hold for for the night of the wedding. We're hoping to fill these up as soon as we can - if you'd like to stay in one of these rooms, just let us know.
